By default the message includes only the current month's records; set a date range above to include other or additional months instead — that selection always takes priority over the current-month default. Results are in date order, and if the range spans more than one month, the message automatically splits into separate labeled blocks, one per month. Status tags (New / Amended / Cancel / Confirmed) show what changed since you last sent. On Android, "Send via WhatsApp" and "Send via WhatsApp Business" open that specific app directly. On iPhone, both buttons open whichever WhatsApp app iOS treats as default — iOS doesn't let a web page choose between two installed WhatsApp apps, so if you need the other one there, use Copy message and paste it in manually. Either way, pick the "Popiah Skin-York Hotel" group to send to, since WhatsApp links can't target a specific group directly.
